Missions is a key focus of Manningham Christian Centre.
We support a range of people and projects in the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Myanmar.
Philippines
Various workers including Ps Allan Manzanilla (National CRC Leader) and Rame Kandi (missionary from PNG)
are being supported for the work in local churches, Bible College, bible distribution, children’s homes and outreach.
Sri Lanka Building Project
Major Project is to build a church base in Colombo, Sri Lanka which will house Sri Lanka CRC head office, Colombo CRC church and provide rooms for training, teaching and ministry.
Children's Home (Myanmar)
We are working with a children's home in Myanmar which was established in 2002 and which provides care and protection for orphans and street children. It is currently home to around 40 children. We provide support for a feeding program as well as building projects for the children's home.
Translation Project - Myanmar
To assist in the training of Bible School & Evangelism students who have a very limited English vocabulary, we support a bible graduate who is translating english teaching notes to Burmese.
